The model is based on an idea I had for a comic about a spacefaring lupine pirate. The figure is 4 1/2 inches high, and was sculpted out of Miliput on a frame of K&S brass rod and tubing. The pistol was made from various diameters of aluminum tubing, and the sword was sculpted from Milliput over a needle core. The base is a slab of Evergreen styrene, over which thinner sheets and various structural shapes were glued for detail. RTV molds were made from these masters, and then the figure was cast in Alumilite resin, then painted in Humbrol enamels.
